Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account directly from the app. This page explains how deletion works and what data is removed.
In-app account deletion
Users can permanently delete their account directly from the Wingo AI Prediction Analyzer app. No web form is required.
How to delete your account
- Open Wingo AI Prediction Analyzer.
- Log in with your account.
- Go to Account using the bottom navigation bar.
- Under Data on this device, tap Delete account.
- Confirm deletion when prompted. If required for security, re-enter your password.
You can also open Settings from the gear icon on the Account screen and tap Delete Account at the bottom.
Data that will be deleted
When you delete your account, we remove the following data associated with your user ID:
- Firebase Authentication account
- Email address
- User profile
- Prediction history
- User preferences
- All data stored in Firebase Realtime Database for that user (
users/{uid})
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion, you will need to
create a new account to use the app again.
